Monaco Rental Terms & Deposit (Clear, No Surprises)

We keep our terms simple and client-friendly. The price you pay already includes what most companies try to sell later: delivery & collection and insurance. Below are our clear rental rules for Monaco (Monte-Carlo) and the French Riviera.

What’s Always Included (Our “Hard Rules”)

  • Free delivery & collection up to Saint-Tropez (Nice / Monaco / Cannes — any pickup & drop-off combination)

  • Insurance fully included (no upsells, no last-minute add-ons)

  • 150 km/day included (extra mileage depends on the vehicle)

  • Full-to-full fuel policy

  • Deposit always required, fixed per vehicle (€2,000–€10,000)

  • Pay by debit/credit card, Apple Pay and contactless

Late-night and early-morning handovers are available — just share your timing in advance.

Deposit (Pre-Authorization)

Deposit is always required.
The deposit is a pre-authorization and is fixed per vehicle.

  • Typical range: €2,000 to €10,000

  • The exact deposit amount is shown on each vehicle page and confirmed in your quote

Payments accepted for deposit and rental:
Debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and contactless payments (anything normally accepted for adult payments).

Insurance (Fully Included)

Insurance is fully included in the rental price.
We don’t do “surprise insurance upgrades” at pickup. You pay once and drive with total peace of mind.

Mileage (150 km/day Included)

150 km/day is included.
Extra mileage price depends on the specific vehicle and is listed on the vehicle page.

       When we send your quote, we also confirm the total included mileage for your rental period.

Fuel Policy (Full-to-Full)

Full-to-full: the car is delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.

Delivery & Collection Area (Always Free up to Saint-Tropez)

Monaco delivery is always included (free).
Monaco collection/return is always included (free).

This also applies to mixed routes across the Riviera up to Saint-Tropez, for example:

  • Pickup in Nice → Drop-off in Monaco

  • Pickup in Monaco → Drop-off in Cannes

  • Pickup in Monaco → Drop-off near Saint-Tropez

  • Any combination between Nice / Monaco / Cannes (up to Saint-Tropez)

Age & Licence Rules (Client-Friendly)

  • Most of our fleet is available from 18 years old

  • For Ferrari and Lamborghini, the minimum age is typically 21–25 depending on driver profile (and in some cases we can accommodate younger drivers with the right conditions)

Driving licences:


We accept any driving licence that is legally valid for driving in France. If an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required by law for your country, we will ask you to provide it.

Parking Tickets / Fees

Parking tickets and fees are normally paid by the driver.
If we pay them (for example, to simplify a handover), they are deducted from the deposit.
